My mission is to provide accurate and accessible nutrition care for those who are wanting  to learn how to live a healthier lifestyle.  Currently, I reside in Ojai, California with my husband and kids and I enjoy spending time with family, friends and my dogs. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the beach, stand up paddle boarding, hiking, playing volleyball and trying new recipes.   I have been providing Medical Nutrition Therapy, nutrition education and counseling for individuals and families within Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles Counties for over 20 years. I am registered in the state of California as a dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and also licensed (LDN) in the state of IL, NY, TX, and SC.

In addition to seeing clients in my office, I have worked with several clients throughout the United States who have eating disorders, using a non-diet counseling approach. I've provided online nutrition sessions for those with transportation issues and lack of proximity to a dietitian experienced with eating disorders, weight and body image issues as well as a diabetes, kidney, cardiac, and digestive issues.

My experience includes working in a variety of settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics,  mental health, substance abuse and eating disorder treatment centers, in home health care, consultant to boarding schools,  as a personal trainer and have even planned and prepared meals for professional athletes.
